Une question peut changer la vie d’une personne.
Deux journées pour travailler ses questions en accompagnement afin d’amener de la poésie, de la beauté et de la dignité dans la vie des gens.
Pendant ses deux journées nous allons nous exercer à construire des questions à la fois puissantes et qui prennent soin des gens. Atelier très influencé par l’Approche et la posture Narrative mais accessible à tous les accompagnants car les questions seront abordées, dans cet atelier, comme un outil : le principal outil au service de l’accompagnant que vous êtes.
Comment construire des questions :
Qui prennent soin des gens, qui honorent les expériences de vie, les valeurs, principes de vie, compétences, actes de résistance des personnes que l’on accompagne.
Qui recréent du lien et sort la personne de l’isolement.
Qui réparent les histoires en donnant un autre sens à nos histoires, en renégociant notre relation avec certaines de nos histoires.
Qui transportent là où tout redevient possible.
Lors de cet atelier, on travaillera les questions qui permettent d’avoir des conversations de vie riches, pleines de sens et ressourçantes pour les personnes accompagnées. Vous verrez comment donner différents niveaux de puissance à vos questions.
A l’issue de cet atelier vous aurez une méthode concrète qui vous permettra de formuler vos questions de manière à répondre rapidement et effacement aux besoins des personnes accompagnées.
